What We Believe

Our Motivation

We strive to follow the commands of Jesus to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind. And to love our neighbor as ourself (Matt. 22:37-39).

The Work

The mission of the church is to glorify God. We accomplish this by keeping His commandments which include: evangelism, benevolence, and edification of the saved (Eph. 3:21; John 14:15; Mark 16:15-16; Gal. 6:10; Rom. 14:19).

You Can Be Saved

The Bible teaches for one to be saved he must hear and believe the gospel, repent of his sins, confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, be baptized into Christ and live faithfully (Mark 16:15-16; Acts 17:30; Rom. 10:9-10; Rom. 6:3-4; Rev. 2:10)

True Unity

We embrace new testament Christianity to unite all believers in the one body of Christ.
 (1 Cor 1:10; Eph 4:4–6)

Our Standard

We believe the Bible is the only guide for our faith and actions. It is the foundation for everything we teach and do. (2 Tim 3:16–17; 1 Peter 4:11; Col 3:17; Rev 22:18–19)

Our Worship

Each Sunday, we gather to worship God as He has prescribed in the New Testament: This includes singing, partaking of the Lord’s Supper, praying, giving, and preaching (Eph. 5:19; Acts 20:7; 1 Tim. 2:8; 1 Cor. 16:1-2; Acts 2:42
